Great food and good atmosphere

Food was good but staff wasn't very friendly.

I've been coming to Vasquez Deli for years since I was a kid with my dad and now I'm a dad and bring my son and the best part aside from the food obviously, is the love we get from George and Tracy Vasquez thier kids and the rest of the employees, there's really only two places my son and I go out to eat and Vasquez is at the very top of that list !

You can never go wrong with Vasquez. Sometimes I just watch their Instagram video of them making the tortillas. The tortillas are special on their own. Fan for life.

I have loved Vasquez since I was a teen. Their food is always so fresh and flavorful. I go here at least twice a month with the occasional twice a week in the during the summer months. So get the burritos "Hot" and the tacos crunchy and the tamales on the side and enjoy the shaded patio dining area and you'll see why this place is on everyone's 'must go' list.

I didn't grow up in Vacaville but locals seem to love this place. I don't get it, so many better options.

This place is an absolute must when I come to town. The food is always delicious. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is the friendliest. Wish that I could get this in Indianapolis. Put this on your face!

VAsquez deli is a longtime vacaville favorite for most vacavillians.truly reminds me of home.

My mom has been bringing me here since I was a kid (I'm 30 now). Things dont change and its PERFECT this way. The tortillas are thick and amazing. So much flavor in everything. I chose a carne asada burrito with everything on it. You won't be disappointed here.

The owners' are very nice

Food was okay. Décor is best described as historical and eclectic. Would benefit from a good deep cleaning.

Best food I've had in a long time, best burrito I've ever had. You can taste the freshness and Care put into the food. The prices are pretty low for the quality of food you're getting. The ladies running this place are amazing and very friendly. I will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

Great spot! At there today for very first time; been wanting yo try it for almost 3 years. Very clean, friendly staff and lots of cool antiques. Food was fresh and tasty. There are lots of drink options to include beer, fountain drinks, and a variety of bottle selections.

Breakfast burrito was underwhelming for me personally. Other items on the menu (lazy enchilada) I've enjoyed.

Love this place. Been a favorite of mine for probably 20 years. Thick home made style tortillas are really good...hell, everything there is really good.

If you love 100% authentic mexican foods from the old country, this is it! Right when uou walk in you smell the simmer of marinated meats and they are there to make it any way you like!

Just left the place. I was very disappointed. I ordered a breakfast burrito. I think they only use one egg, the sauce they put on tasted like watered down canned sauce from the dollar store, the tortilla was cold, the meet was cold, the cheese was not even remotely melted, the potatoes tasted like they made the a couple of days ago, cold hard on the outside and dehydrated inside. I really don’t know how this place survives. My wife ordered the same thing and kept complaining all the way home. There is much better Mexican food at walking distance. The only thing going for this place is that is a historic building.

Vasquez... Old school home style cooking at it's best? I personally feel the Pork Burrito is the best one ever. The flavor is delicious and the thick flour tortilla... Yum! This is no nonsense home comfort food at it's best! Everything I've tried on the menu has never disappointed me or my guests!Oh yeah, they serve cerveza too!Love it!❤ Love it!❤ Love it!❤

I grew up on the hot pork burritos.

Great Mexican food, their churros are amazing,, there's outdoor dining. They also serve beer..a good variety. Friday's are free cookie day. Right across the street from the park.

Love this place been coming last seven yrs. However yesterday was a not a good day..... tacos🌮🌮🌮 did not taste so great😣 It was either the hamburger meat or taco shells taste like cooking oil but an old grease flavor🤔

This was my first visit to Vasquez Delicatessen. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the people were friendly, helpful, and Speedy. The food seems to be really good, but I will know better as I continue to frequent that establishment. There seems to be plenty of parking, at least when we went. The prices seem moderate and the selection seems to be fairly large! I will definitely try this place again and again.

Its absolutely not good... over priced garbage. If you want good Mexican food at half the cost, go to Burrito Express by the corner of merchant and Alamo. Its next to the donut shop. Always very good food. Idk how Vasquez stays open...blows my mind.

I grew up in Vacaville, and Vasquez Deli is synonymous with Vacaville for me. I no longer live here, but whenever I visit I always eat Vasquez. This trip has been 3 times and we are only here for a week.Their tortillas are handmade and different. They are thicker like a pita, but really good.The chicken burrito with hot sauce is my recommendation, but all the food is good.

This is the home down version of Mexican food. It reminds me of the food my friends mom used to make. Always good, always fresh.

This spot obviously knows how to satisfy their clients. Regularly with a super friendly mindset. The food is reasonably priced, always tasty and clean.

Vasquez was just okay for me. My husband has lived there before and swears by them. I had a combo plate of chicken enchilada, hard shell chicken taco with beans and rice. It wasn't bad, it just didn't give me a WOW factor. I'll definitely go again to give it a second time around benefit of the doubt.

Honestly the best food in town and very friendly staff.

I grew up on the ground beef burritos. Starting with the tortillas being the perfect thickness and cooked oh so right. Then the seasonings, makes my mouth watering just thinking about it. The perfect portions of ingredients. I had a niece who was doing a layover in Phoenix get two burritos on her way to the airport so I could have them. Shoutout to Jill :)I have always told people if the ever go through Vacaville to make this a must do.Note: I went to school with David Vasquez. We had the same girlfriend (not at the same time) lol. Their recipes are timeless. Vasquez is a tradition in Mexican cooking. The food, flavors and quality can be relied upon as delicious every meal. They do have something new: Street Tacos. This is a family owned local business. Alway fast friendly service with familiar faces.
